Can you tell me where the products that you sell are made?
Most of the products that we sell are made in the USA. If a product that we sell is assembled outside of the USA, then it is made by an American manufacturer.
Where are your custom kits made?
We make our own custom kits in California, USA.
When will my order be shipped?
Any order that we receive by 3:00pm PST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00pm PST will be shipped first thing the next morning. We do not ship on weekends so any orders received after 3:00pm PST on Friday, or any time on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped first thing on Monday morning.
How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
The answer to this question depends on a number of factors, including the package’s weight, delivery destination, and method of shipping. Below is a list of our best-guess at shipping time based on delivery destination and shipping method. These estimates are based on our own and our customers’ past experiences.
For packages shipped within the USA:
- 1st Class: 3-6 business days
- Priority: 2-3 business days
- Priority Express: 2 business days
For packages shipped outside the USA:
- 1st Class International: 30 business days
- Priority International: 6-15 business days
- Priority Express International: 5-10 business days

My package hasn’t arrived yet. Where is it?

I can’t find my package’s tracking number. Where is it?

USPS says that my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it. Where is it?
There are a number of steps you can take to help locate your package quickly.
First, we recommend double checking the Status of your delivery via the USPS website. Sometimes the delivery person can’t deliver the package at the expected location. For example, if you are expecting to receive a large package, but asked that it be delivered to a mail box, the delivery person won’t be able to fit your package into the mail box and will have to look for an alternate location to drop the package off at (e.g. a garage, behind a fence, etc.). The Status of your shipment will briefly describe where the package was dropped off. Take a look around and see if you can’t find your package hiding nearby.
Second, we recommend checking with your neighbors or adjacent mail boxes. It's rare, but sometimes packages are accidentally delivered to a nearby address.
Third, we encourage you to reach out to your local letter carrier. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate information on when and where your package was dropped off.
These actions have helped many customers locate their packages in the past. If you have followed the above mentioned suggestions and still can’t locate your package, please contact us. Be sure to provide us with your package’s tracking number, a description of the problem you have encountered, and a more reliable address to ship to in the future (if availble). We’ll be happy to send you a replacement order.
I received a package from you that I didn’t order. Why did I receive this package and what do I do with it?
We recommend that you check with your neighbors or adjacent mailboxes to see if the package was intended for them. If you did not order the package and can’t find its intended recipient, we’d encourage you to reach out to us about returning the package.
The parts I ordered don’t work how I need them to. Can I return my order?
