My package hasn’t arrived yet. Where is it?
See the shipping provider's online tracking service to get updates on your package's status in real time!
For international deliveries, we recommend reaching out to your local letter carrier to track your package. Please note that once a package leaves US borders, the US postal services cannot guarantee its arrival date. Delivery of your package could also have been delayed as it is processed by Customs.
What is my package’s tracking number?
The shipping confirmation email that you receive from us will have a link to your package's tracking number. If you did not receive an email, reach out to us.
I haven't received my package. Where is it?
First, check out the shipping carrier's online tracking service to make sure that your package was confirmed as delivered.
Next, see if your package wasn't delivered in an unusual place, like behind a gate or in a garage.
Third, check that the package wasn't accidentally delivered to your neighbors.
If you have tried the above suggestions and still can’t locate your package, please contact us. Be sure to provide us with your package’s tracking number. We’ll do our best to help you locate your package.
I received a package from you that I didn’t order. Why did I receive this package and what do I do with it?
This is highly uncommon, but it does happen. Check with your neighbors or adjacent mailboxes to see if the package was meant for someone else. If you can’t find the intended recipient, we’d ask you to reach out to us about returning the item.
The parts I ordered don’t work how I need them to. Can I return them?
Yes! We accept returns of unused parts within 30 days of delivery. If you're trying to return parts past 30 days of delivery, give us a call before you send the parts back to us. Check out our return policy for more information.
