Can you tell me where the products that you sell are made?
Most of the products that we sell are made in the USA. If a product that we sell is assembled outside of the USA, then it is made by an American manufacturer.
Where are your custom kits made?
We make our own custom kits in California, USA.
When will my order be shipped?

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
The answer to this question depends on a number of factors, including the package’s weight, delivery destination, and method of shipping. The shipping provider will usually give a delivery estimate to you if you track your package online.
My package hasn’t arrived yet. Where is it?

For international deliveries, we recommend reaching out to your local letter carrier to track your package. Please note that once a package leaves US borders, the US postal services cannot guarantee its arrival date. Also, it can take several business days for your package to arrive at a major city in your country. If you are located outside of a major city, then it will take longer for your package to arrive. Delivery of your package could also have been delayed as it is processed by Customs.

The shipping provider says that my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it. Where is it?
There are a number of steps you can take to help locate your package quickly.
First, we recommend double checking the status of your delivery via the shipping provider's online tracking service. Sometimes the delivery person can’t deliver the package at the expected location. For example, if you are expecting to receive a large package, but asked that it be delivered to a mail box, the delivery person won’t be able to fit your package into the mail box and will have to look for an alternate location to drop the package off at (e.g. a garage, behind a fence, etc.). The status of your shipment usually describes where the package was dropped off. Take a look around and see if you can’t find your package hiding nearby.
Second, we recommend checking with your neighbors or adjacent mail boxes. Sometimes packages are accidentally delivered to a nearby address. It happens more often than you'd think!
Third, we encourage you to reach out to your local letter carrier. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate information on when and where your package was dropped off.
These actions have helped many customers locate their packages in the past. If you have followed the above mentioned suggestions and still can’t locate your package, please contact us. Be sure to provide us with your package’s tracking number, a description of the problem you have encountered, and a more reliable address to ship to in the future (if available). I received a package from you that I didn’t order. Why did I receive this package and what do I do with it?
We recommend that you check with your neighbors or adjacent mailboxes to see if the package was intended for someone else. If you did not order the package and can’t find its intended recipient, we’d encourage you to reach out to us about returning the item.
The parts I ordered don’t work how I need them to. Can I return my order?
Yes! We accept returns of unused parts within 30 days of delivery. If you're trying to return parts past 30 days of delivery, give us a call before you send the parts back to us. Check out our Returns Policy for more information.
