We ship packages M-F from 9:00am to 5:00pm PT. Orders received before 2:00pm PT will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 2:00pm PT will be shipped the following business day.
Please note that we do not ship packages on the following holidays:

We can ship collect on FedEx, UPS, and DHL accounts. You can use the Ship Collect option at checkout (be sure to provide your account number in the comments box), or contact us at (805) 904-6363 to set this up for your order.
Shipping Rates - USA
3-5 Day Delivery - $9.99 for orders under $25, free for orders $25+
2 Day and Overnight Delivery - cost is determined by order weight and destination State.
Shipping Rates - International
Shipping rates are determined by your order's weight, delivery destination, and carrier chosen.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in item prices or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before you place your order.
