Can you private label your products, or build a kit to my specifications?

Yes! We encourage you to reach out to us about designing a kit or private label options.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Our cut off time for same business day shipping is 2pm pacific time. See our shipping policy for more information.

 

What is my package's tracking number?

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email from us once your package is prepared for shipment. This email will contain your tracking number inside of it. If you did not receive an email, check our shipping policy to review order cut off times, and check that your shipment confirmation email didn't get sorted into your email's spam folder.

 

Where is my package?

Visit the shipping provider's online tracking service to get the most up-to-date tracking status for your package.

 

I ordered the wrong parts. Can I return them?

Yes. We accept returns of unused parts within 60 days of delivery. Review our Returns Policy for more info.
