Where do your orders ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse located in Grover Beach, California, USA.

When will my order ship?

Online orders submitted by 2pm pacific time will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm pacific time will ship the next business day.

Please note that we do not ship packages on: New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! We will send the tracking number to you via email as soon as your package is prepared and ready for shipment.

When will my package arrive?

That depends on the shipping service selected at checkout. Overnight options will arrive in 1 business day from the time the carrier receives the package. 2 Day options will arrive in 2 business days from the time the carrier received the package. 3-5 Day and Free Shipping options will arrive in 3-5 business days from the time the the carrier received the package. International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and the service selected, but we find that most economy shipping methods arrive at their international destination in about a week.
