Where do your orders ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse located in Grover Beach, California, USA.
When will my order ship?
Online orders submitted by 2pm pacific time will ship the same business day (M-F). Orders placed after 2pm pacific time will ship the next business day.
Note that we do not ship packages on: New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
When will my package arrive?
That depends on the shipping service you selected during the online checkout. We offer 3-5, 2, and 1 business day delivery options to US customers. Note that 1 business day orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Monday, not on Saturday.
International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and the service selected, but we find that most economy shipping methods arrive at their international destination in about a week.
