Tax Exemptions
We currently collect and remit sales tax for online orders being shipped to the following US states: California
If you are tax exempt in these states and would like to place online orders without being charged sales tax, please provide us with the following:
- a completed copy of the Uniform Sales and Use Certificate
- a copy of your company's W9
- the email address associated with your online account (you must create an account to be marked as tax exempt)
Please email this information to us at contact@customconnectorkits.com. We will mark you account as tax exempt, and alert you when the exemption has been applied.
Net 30 Payment Terms
Our company offers net 30 payment terms to qualifying customers. Net 30 terms provide business buyers with 30 days to pay their bills from the date of invoice. If you are a business buyer interested in applying for net 30 terms with our company, you may fill out a copy of our credit application and email it to us at contact@customconnectorkits.com. We will reach back out to you within a few days to let you know if your application has been approved.
We have a few requirements for orders placed with net 30 terms:
- Net 30 orders must be shipped collect on your UPS, FedEx, or DHL carrier account.
- Net 30 orders must have a $100 USD minimum order value.
Note that net 30 payment terms can not be taken advantage of through our online checkout... yet! All net 30 orders must be emailed to us for direct processing.
