Can I return my purchase?

We do accept unused, undamaged product up to 60 days after delivery.

If you need to return an item, please reach out to us at (805) 904-6363 or contact@customconnectorkits.com to begin the return process. Be sure to reference your original Order ID in your message. We will provide you with an approved RMA number and packing slip in most cases. Please include this packing slip inside your return shipment. Refunds will be initiated once the product has been received at our location.

Do you charge a re-stocking fee?

No, we don't!

Can I exchange my purchase for something else if I bought the wrong part?

Yes! Contact us for help finding the right part to suit your needs and to get the exchange process started.

Are there any products that I can't return?

Yes. We do not accept returns of kits that have been customized to unique customer specifications, and we do not accept returns of custom built harnesses or pigtails.

My product was damaged or lost in transit. Can I get a replacement?

We are happy to replace lost shipments or products damaged during transit whenever stock permits. If we can not replace the item, we may be able to offer you a refund for you purchase. Contact us to get the replacement process started for your order.
